Rais Morsi aahidi demokrasia

Rais Mohamed Morsi amesisitiza Ijumaa (22.11.2012)kuwa Misri inaelekea katika "uhuru na demokrasia",baada ya kujilimbikizia madaraka makubwa,hali ambayo imezusha mapambano kati ya wale wanaomuunga mkono na mahasimu.
"Uthabiti wa kisiasa, uthabiti wa kijamii na uthabiti wa kiuchumi ndio kitu ninachokitaka na ndio ninachokifanyia kazi," ameuambia mkusanyiko wa wafuasi wake nje ya Ikulu ya nchi hiyo.
Wapinzani wa Morsi walianza hatua ya kukalia eneo la Tahrir kwa muda wa wiki moja, eneo ambalo linatambulika kuwa ishara ya maandamano ambayo yameuangusha utawala wa rais wa zamani wa nchi hiyo Hosni Mubarak mwaka jana, na wametoa wito wa maandamano makubwa zaidi siku ya Jumanne.

Mapambano yalizuka kati ya polisi na waandamanaji karibu na uwanja huo, huku waandamanaji wakichoma moto gari la polisi, wamesema watu walioshuhudia.
Na mapambano ya ghasia yamezuka kati ya waungaji mkono wa Morsi na mahasimu wao katika mji wa Suez pamoja na mji wa Alexandria , ambapo waandamanaji walivamia ofisi ya chama tawala cha udugu wa Kiislamu.

Waandamanaji mjini Cairo wamechoma moto gari la polisi
Katika tamko ambalo lilisomwa katika televisheni siku ya Alhamis, rais , "anaweza kuchukua uamuzi wowote ama hatua yoyote kulinda mapinduzi. Maamuzi ya kikatiba, maamuzi na sheria zinazotolewa na rais ni za mwisho na haziwezi kukatiwa rufaa."
Hatua hiyo ni pigo kwa vuguvugu la wanaopendelea demokrasia ambao walifanikisha kumuondoa madarakani rais Mubarak , na kuzusha hofu kuwa Waislamu wanaweza kujikita zaidi katika madaraka.
Jumuiya ya kimataifa yaingiwa na wasi wasi
Pia hali hiyo imezusha wasi wasi kimataifa, huku Marekani ikitoa wito wa utulivu na kuzitaka pande zote kufanyakazi kwa pamoja.
"Uamuzi na matamko yaliyotangazwa Novemba 22 yamezusha wasi wasi kwa wengi wa Wamisri na jamii ya kimataifa, amesema msemaji wa wizara ya mambo ya kigeni ya Marekani Victoria Nuland.
"Moja kati ya nia ya mapinduzi ilikuwa kuhakikisha kuwa madaraka hayatakuwa mikononi mwa mtu mmoja ama taasisi," amesema msemaji huyo wa wizara ya mambo ya kigeni katika taarifa.
Mjini Brussels, msemaji wa mkuu wa sera za mambo ya kigeni wa umoja wa Ulaya Catherine Ashton amesema, " Ni muhimu sana kwamba hatua za kidemokrasia zikamilike kwa mujibu wa jukumu linalochukuliwa na uongozi wa Misri."
Shirika linalotetea haki za binadamu la Amnesty International limeshutumu madaraka hayo mapya ya Morsi, ambayo "yanakandamiza utawala wa sheria na kuileta enzi mpya ya ukandamiza."

"Watu wanaunga mkono uamuzi wa rais," kundi la watu lilikuwa likiimba.
Siku ya Alhamis, (22.11.2012) Morsi aliipunguzia madaraka mahakama ambayo inapingana nae, ambayo imekwishafikiria iwapo kuondoa jopo linalodhibitiwa na kundi hilo la Waislamu ambalo linaunda rasimu ya katiba , na kuwavua madaraka majaji ya haki ya kutoa hukumu juu ya kesi ama kupinga uamuzi wake.
